Tissue Heart

A commission for the Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare 2019 Annual Gala stage backdrop

I worked with the CBH to showcase their theme of Transformation for their annual gala. The Tissue Heart is composed of (6) 4′ x 4′ coroplast panels with tissue paper applied to the front and back and hung in a grid.

Over 947 paper butterflies painted in an ombre were glued onto this piece.
